When adequate funding becomes available, Eternea intends to develop, implement and operate Seven Program & Service Components to successfully execute and fulfill its vision and mission. These components are interconnected, interdependent and interrelated key aspects of Eternea’s holistic strategy to optimize consciousness, self and society. Collectively, the Seven Program Components are referred to as The Eternea Solution. They represent the primary means through which The Eternea Strategy is implemented and achieved.

Eternea places equal weight and emphasis on each and every one of its Seven Program Components. It views each one as a vital spoke in a properly balanced and aligned wheel, all of which must work together in tandem to achieve the desired results. One component being implemented without the others would result in a much diminished impact and will thus fall short of accomplishing the intended goals.

It is, therefore, critical to Eternea’s quest for global personal and social transformation that all seven of its program components move forward simultaneously in concert with one another as a whole in order to achieve maximum effectiveness. Each program component is a vital part of a multi-faceted comprehensive holistic strategy to achieve Eternea’s overall mission and vision. To implement only one or a few parts of the overall equation and not the whole of these components would correspondingly impair, impede and undermine the overall success of this historic all-encompassing endeavor to implement The Eternea Strategy. 

The Seven Program Components are as follows:

Traditional science informs humankind that when the physical body dies, it is the end of individual existence and the end of individual consciousness. This has come to be known as the ‘materialistic’ view. So what has this false, materialist and nihilistic view of reality spawned in human nature, as well as society and culture? 

Inarguably, it is been directly and indirectly responsible for the prevailing economic model of “every man for himself” which underlies much of the greed, hoarding, self-centeredness, ego centrism and insensitivity on the planet today. It is an attitude based on the false assumption that this physical reality and our physical existence is all there is. Hence, many human beings harbor the erroneous belief that we must “get while the getting is good” because nothing else matters. And, we incorrectly assume that our own ego satisfaction is what lies at the center of the universe. Therein lies our greatest problem and challenge as a species. It is this thinking that we must overcome, ironically, through the very science that gave credence to it in the first place.

With all due respect to the many worthwhile and meritorious causes that seek to remedy a variety of problems in this world, the reality is that most of the challenges facing humanity can trace their origins back to a single root cause—the failure, reluctance or inability by human beings to fully grasp the true nature of reality, the true purpose of their existence and the true essence of their larger identity in both the physical and non-physical dimensions of existence. Or, rather, is it due to the historical lack of an effective impetus or catalyst which could lead to such an epochal realization? 

So, Why Eternea & Why Now? Eternea’s leadership believes that no other endeavor is more important or urgent at this critical juncture in human existence than this undertaking. We contend that human beings have defined themselves and their reality much too narrowly. When we become aware that the ways in which we have perceived ourselves and our world have been quite limited and erroneous, we will discover a larger and greater reality. In the aftermath of this discovery, the way we relate to one another and all living things and our planet will shift remarkably. Moreover, in harmonious collaboration as one, we will find creative solutions to the major problems which currently threaten our well-being and survival on planet Earth. Eternea can be an effective impetus and catalyst to make this happen.

When the majority of humanity embraces this new understanding of who we really are and why we are really here, this awakening will result eventually in the co-creation of an optimal sustainable future for Earth and all its inhabitants. Our quest then, rooted in science, is to reshape consensual perceptions of reality to a new view aligned with The Seven Statements. Basic reality is and always has been as nature designed, including the capacity for evolution. It does not change, but our perceptions of it can and do as our knowledge expands. The resonant effects thus become ever-widening ripples in our hearts and souls.

Eternea’s leadership believes its efforts will be successful if Eternea receives adequate long term funding to implement its vision and mission, and if it receives the ongoing support of media to assure the success of the GCP-STE, which is Eternea’s initial launch event. We theorize that our effort is the only real solution to the major challenges of our time, many of which threaten the survival of our species and the ecological integrity of our precious planet. 

Eternea is well aware that its ethos, aims and vision will be seen by many critics as idealistic, ambitious and grandiose, perhaps naïve too. Critics will say it is unrealistic and unachievable. Eternea’s response is to simply pose the question “What are the costs and implications of not doing anything?” Big global scale problems call for big and courageous thinking on a scale never before contemplated. As Einstein so prosaically said, “We cannot solve our current problems with the same kind of thinking that created them”. With Eternea’s efforts we at least light a candle rather than curse the darkness. 

Yes, unashamedly, Eternea does aspire to make idealism the norm. Our aims and goals should not be considered idealistic or utopian, but rather, reflective of the kind of collective reality we deserve and should work diligently to bring into being. Why should we settle for less? Why continue to be burdened with a sub-optimal set of circumstances when we have an opportunity to co-create something far more magnificent? 

Eternea offers a means of doing this, one that deserves humanity’s serious consideration and acceptance, for the sake of all our futures. That which Eternea offers may be our best hope to realize a better tomorrow. Therefore, it is incumbent upon us all to support Eternea’s effort to ascertain whether it can help to transform us from fear, hatred, animosity, greed, avarice and other self-destructive characteristics to love, oneness, peace, harmony, cooperation, and altruism. 

Imagine what humankind could accomplish if all the energy now directed at self-destructive behaviors were instead applied to constructive, collaborative and cooperative endeavors. It would spawn a whole new level of unity, harmony and synergy unprecedented in human history, resulting in creative systemic solutions to our major challenges and problems. It may succeed and so it should be attempted expeditiously, unsparingly and heroically, while we still have the opportunity to do so.

Eternea’s leadership is grounded, realistic and pragmatic. We recognize that the Eternea Strategy and The Eternea Solution might not work in a skeptical and materialistic world. But it is equally true is that it just might be the catalyst that ignites a new fire of awareness and appreciation of who we really are. As responsible citizens we have nothing to lose by making the effort. As the wise old adage says, “nothing ventured, nothing gained.” To do nothing would simply perpetuate an unsustainable and unacceptable status quo, bringing humanity that much closer to the edge of what could be a dark, abysmal future or no future at all, on our damaged planet. 

The clock is ticking and the tipping point is rapidly approaching. Some experts also claim that humanity has already ecologically passed the point of no return (see the excellent documentary “Chasing Ice” for instance). Many believe the present human condition is intolerable, unacceptable, inexcusable and unnecessary - a mix of mostly self-inflicted problems that could be fixed if we collectively held the intention to do so. Now is our time of choosing. Now is our time to seek liberation from the collective madness of the materialist worldview that has enslaved and imprisoned us all for far too long and thereby created a false perception of reality that no longer serves our best interests.

Eternea proposes to globally unite science, spirituality and religion in cooperation and collaboration with one another and with global media to empirically explore consciousness and whether it survives bodily death. It aspires to gather credible evidence from around the world to explore life’s meaning and purpose, as well as the true nature of objective reality. It seeks to ascertain the veracity of The Seven Statements from a scientific point of view. It is in search of answers to the most important questions underlying human existence, answers which could lead us to a firm foundation for building an optimal sustainable future while we still have the time to do so. Is there anything more important than this?

A second and no less important side-effect could be the profound transformation of human nature and significant advancement of human civilization. Values, attitudes and behaviors could dramatically evolve to a higher level, leading to a fundamental shift in the nature of social, cultural, political and economic systems, as well as institutionalized religions. This does not mean replacing them or obviating the need for them so much as optimizing their potential for altruistic service aimed at promoting the greater good for all in a concrete, progressive, enlightened, equitable and sustainable manner. The Eternea Tree diagram symbolizes this deductive reasoning. 

Ultimately, the result of this transformation could be the alleviation or eradication of hunger, poverty, violence, war, environmental degradation, illiteracy, over-population, animal abuse, crime, exploitation, cruelty, injustice, inequality, greed, egocentrism, bigotry, materialism, territorialism, and so on. This is because such practices are logically inconsistent with global acceptance of The Seven Statements and the precepts and tenets of the Eternea Solution. 

Given the enormity of its vision and its focus on treating the root causes of most all of humanity’s greatest problems, Eternea has the potential to lead the world as the “mother of all worthy charitable causes.” For if it succeeds at its chosen mission and vision, what cause or concern would not be greatly benefited and served by its accomplishments? 

The Onederful-World Society is comprised of high net worth individuals, major philanthropists and benefactors, celebrities, top figures from the world of entertainment and sports, as well as prominent corporate and political leaders from around the world who are passionately dedicated to Eternea’s success and rapid advancement as a monumental cause with an urgent mission and vision. 

The Society is primarily focused on cultivating major gifts and bequests to grow Eternea’s inviolable Frontier Science Endowment Fund. This is done through periodic goal-oriented capital campaigns and major fund-raising events such black tie galas, high-end auctions, golf tournaments, lecture series, private dinner parties, salons and also through cultivating major gifts, planned gifts and bequests. Annual interest proceeds from the Frontier Science Endowment Fund are used to support research, education and practical outreach initiatives sponsored by Eternea consistent with its mission and vision. 

The Society sponsors formation of Community Guilds at the local level. Guilds engage in all manner of fund-raising events and relationship-building at the local level. Members of the Onderful-World Society are cornerstone stewards and ambassadors of Eternea. They offer diverse talents, resources, power and influence to advance Eternea’s vision and mission globally. They function as major ‘friend-raisers’ and fund-raisers, all to energize, sustain and grow Eternea for the benefit of all earth’s inhabitants.

Members of the Society come from many countries and backgrounds. They share a passion for Eternea’s mission and vision. They are leaders who model Eternea’s principles for others. They are relationship-builders in their communities and around the world. They are significant supporters by making or procuring major gifts and planned gifts, participating in various major fund-raising event, and also by making investments of time, as well as expertise, to help develop Eternea into a great global success. 

                         WAKING A ONEDERFUL-WORLD!  (WOW)

Soon after the GCP-STE, Eternea plans to present another major happening called Waking A Onederful-World! (WOW!). This would be an annual weekend-long globally televised celebration of peace, love, harmony and unity, simulcast from multiple stages around the world. It is envisioned to be a variation on the theme of past large scale events such as Live Aid, Band Aid, Farm Aid, USA for Africa, the Good-Will Games, the Jerry Lewis Telethon for Muscular Dystrophy, and so on, to educate a global audience about Eternea and SynerGe and to raise significant funds in support of both.

Participants would include leaders of the human consciousness/spiritual awakening movement together with a global mix of celebrities, musicians, artists, progressive religious and political leaders, prominent figures from the world of media and sports, and from the scientific and academic communities. These participants plus members of Eternea’s Wisdom Council, would pledge their combined support for the ongoing success of Eternea and SynerGe to engender a Onederful-World. They would collectively declare it to be the long-awaited birth of the much needed and anticipated ‘paradigm shift.”

Many who desire to realize an optimal sustainable future for Earth and all its inhabitants have waited patiently for “the hundredth monkey” to appear. They have waited patiently for a critical mass of people to come together to raise and shift the collective consciousness. Perhaps it is now time to make it so through the collective intention of those who wish it to be so, which is a primary motivation behind Eternea’s effort to organize WOW, also known as “The Birth of Shift.”

WOW would also feature collective centering exercises to focus the group mind and achieve collective resonance, as well as subsequent endeavors at the local level to put love in action aimed at improving the quality of life in towns, villages and communities around the world. Moreover, it would encourage people in WOW’s global audience to become “A Onederful-World Leader”, providing tools and resources to them for this purpose. Additionally, it would also educate its global audience and international media about STEs, non-local consciousness phenomena and STEER at eternea.org.

An event of this magnitude is uncompromisingly and unapologetically aimed at initiating massive change in terms of creating ‘critical mass’ to enable massive shifts of consciousness. We believe it is Eternea’s responsibility, collectively with like-minded individuals, to declare it to be so rather than patiently waiting for it to be so. In this context the Onederful-World event featuring prominent celebrities as co-masters of ceremonies, joined on stage by a cast of distinguished luminaries and leaders, all assembled before a global audience to express their support for this undertaking could be the catalyst for global change.

                THE ONEDERFUL-WORLD LEADERSHIP PROJECT (OWLS)

One of Eternea’s major goals, through its SynerGe program component, is to inspire a new wave of political and legislative leaders who are abidingly committed to serving the greater global good and who desire to incorporate the wisdom of The Seven Statements into their governing responsibilities at the local, state, national and international level. These would be leaders of great impeccability, integrity and vision, imbued with a strong sense of altruism and good-will for all humanity and for our planet as well.

In order for Eternea to succeed in its quest to help transform social systems and social institutions, inevitably, the policies and laws of sovereign nations must be impacted in a highly positive and progressive manner. This will require the cultivation, training and ongoing election of enlightened Onederful-World Leaders, who are collectively committed to working in concert to align public policy and the prevailing laws of the land with The Seven Statements and with the findings of science generally, as called for in the ‘Veritas Prevale Initiative’ (VPI). 

Such is the task and charge of Eternea’s Onederful-World Leader project that this project will likely require formation of independent Political Action Committees (PACs) and Super-PACs, not formally affiliated with Eternea so as not to jeopardize its non-profit status. The project will inspire, recruit, train, elect and re-elect Onederful-World Leaders known as OWLS. The late actor Jimmy Stewart exemplified the caliber of leader/politician an OWL is intended to be in his portrayal of Senator Smith in the classic film “Mr. Smith Goes To Washington.” 

OWLS are known for sage-like wisdom, and this is what is critically needed in our world today. Governments around the world are in desperate need of incorruptible sage-like leaders of great vision and character, forward-thinkers, who place the common good above all else. These would be public servants in the truest sense of the term, in service to the public and not in service to themselves -leaders who truly place the public good before all else. Without leaders of this esteemed caliber, humanity cannot and will not evolve to a more advanced level of civilization and likely will not be empowered to co-create an ideal sustainable future for Earth and all its inhabitants.

In addition to its Seven Program Components, Eternea offers free access through its website (eternea.org) to comprehensive resources and information about Spiritually Transformative Experiences (STEs) and Non-Local Consciousness Experiences (NLCEs), providing a snapshot of the current body of knowledge and state of the art findings concerning all phenomena related to these areas of interest. 

Eternea.org is intended to function as a ‘one-stop shop’ for people seeking to learn more about all NLCEs and STEs. It is in essence a digital repository for all manner of first-person accounts of these experiences and a digital encyclopedia or library for up-to-date information concerning each individual type or category of STEs and NLCEs. Each phenomenon will have its own portal featuring the following information:

1. Video/audio files of the most exceptional exemplar cases; 

2. Summary of all research, past-present-future and profiles of all leading researchers;

3. Comprehensive annotated bibliography concerning the subject matter at hand;

4. Thorough list of all support groups and resource organizations;

5. Analysis of all alternative explanations within the materialist model;

6. Events Calendar giving current information about lectures, workshops and other activities; and

7. Chat rooms, forums and message boards to bring together those who report these experiences.

When funding permits, Eternea also intends to create and maintain the STE Electronic Registry (STEER) on its website where people can archive and publicly share first-hand accounts of their STE(s) or NLCE(s). Experiencers will be able to upload scans of images or records, as well as audio and video files, in addition to their personal first-hand narrative account of their experience or experiences. 

STEER will be an on-line internet-based resource that may be accessed freely by people across the globe in order to register and archive one or more STEs and/or NLCEs. At STEER, people simply enter their own personal written narrative account of their STE/NLCE or their multiple STEs/NLCEs by answering a series of questions. They also will be able to upload video or audio files and other supporting documentation such as medical records or scans. They will also be encouraged to explain in detail how their STE/NLCE transformed them and changed their lives. 

STEER thus provides a virtual treasure chest of information for scientists and researchers from all over the world to study. It also will enable the interested public to read these accounts first-hand. As the STEER global archive and data repository grows larger over time, it will enable scientists to answer many important questions about STEs and NLCEs. 

For example scientists will be able to estimate more accurately the true prevalence and geographic distribution of STEs, as well as the impact of cultural and religious diversity. It will also give scientists a better grasp of how STEs affect and transform the people who undergo them. 

With the ongoing support of international media and social media interests, STEER is poised to become the world’s largest and most comprehensive digital archive and repository of STE/NLCE accounts. This is the goal of The Global Census Project for STEs and NLCEs, explained later in this discussion. As a result of ongoing global promotion, it is conceivable that millions of new STE cases from all over the world will be registered, archived, vetted, and then studied by participating scientists. Some exemplar accounts will be featured on YouTube as well and will be streamed daily at Eternea.org. 

The importance of this database cannot be overstated. After initial vetting and evaluation by qualified experts, reported STE/NLCE cases will be made available for open viewing by the public free of charge at along with any associated audio/video files and corroborating evidential documentation that may have been uploaded by individuals reporting their experience(s). The identity of contributors will be held confidential from the public. This provides the public with a first-hand look at the raw data concerning STEs in much the same manner as scientists examine it during their research. 

Eternea’s premise is that empirical evidence from STEs may inspire people to re-examine their beliefs about life after death and by so doing modify their values and behavior correspondingly and promptly. STEER will give the public access to first-hand accounts from around the world. And, after studying the raw data, the public can formulate their own conclusions about the validity of STEs and their potential ramifications for a better understanding of life’s meaning and purpose.

As researchers embark on new studies, Eternea envisions a trove of scholarly articles published in professional and scientific journals, as well as the publication of many more books on the subject and the production of more documentaries, news reports, and other forms of attention by popular media.

Eternea plans to launch The Global Census Project for Spiritually Transformative Experiences (GCP-STE) in New York City in the fall of 2021 to introduce STEER to the international media and encourage them to promote its existence on a continuing basis. It is intended that a major marketing and public relations firm will serve as publicist and event manager for this happening, and for subsequent year-long follow-up efforts.

This is an historic, unprecedented, inaugural undertaking to determine the prevalence, frequency and geographic distribution of spiritually transformative experiences (STEs) and non-local consciousness experiences (NLCEs) in the global population by enlisting the support, cooperation and participation of international media to aid the scientific community in making this effort a huge success.

This event will be attended by a large gathering of leaders and luminaries from science, spirituality, entertainment, sports, politics, religion and the international media. Eternea’s leadership and its strategic partners, as well as several scientists and celebrity participants, will take part in a well-orchestrated press conference and media reception. Major international media interests (print, broadcast, digital and social) will be invited to attend. 

The event will also be presented as a live podcast for members of the international media who cannot attend, and for the general public as well. 

This event will be a highly coordinated appeal by all participating leaders and luminaries to the world’s media asking for their ongoing cooperation with and participation in the GCP-STE to help make it a resounding success. 

This proposed event will consist of the following: 

▪ An introduction to Eternea and its vision and mission, emphasizing the importance of promoting GCP-STE in ongoing news and feature stories, in editorials and commentaries, and through donated advertising or public service announcements intended to encourage people all over the world to report first-hand accounts of their STEs online in STEER at eternea.org. 

▪ Mini TED-style talks by featured scientists, doctors and celebrities voicing support for STE research and world-wide participation in the GCP-STE.

▪ World premiere of “The Eternea Tree” DVD (animation).

▪ World release of “The Eternea Files – Volume One: A Compilation of Exceptional Spiritually Transformative Experiences” taken from the STEER archives.

▪ World Release of the illustrated book “Fred’s Miracle Moment” by John R. Audette, MS (all proceeds donated to Eternea).

▪ Premiere of One World Sound Meditation Experiential.

▪ Opportunity for Q&A from those attending in person and online.

▪ Signing ceremony by esteemed guests and speakers of Eternea’s Veritas Prevale Initiative & Petition (Truth Prevail) calling for alignment of science and public policy.

▪ Live podcast of the event for those who cannot attend allowing true global participation.

▪ Media reception with speakers, distinguished guests, the leadership of Eternea and strategic partners.

The primary goal of the GCP-STE, as described above, is to achieve the cooperation of major international media interests with an ongoing global campaign to build awareness of STEER.

For this endeavor to be a success Eternea and its strategic partners must effectively persuade the media to donate advertising, air public service announcements (PSAs), video news releases (VNRs), run news stories and regular interviews with Eternea’s leadership, all intended to promote public participation in this historic effort in an ongoing manner. The major thrust of this marketing campaign is to consistently and continuously encourage the public to report their first-hand accounts of their STEs in STEER.

If the media pledge their cooperation by providing sufficient pro bono advertising and publicity, STEER should grow into the world’s largest and most comprehensive digital archive of first-hand accounts of STEs and NLCEs, freely accessible data to both the public and researchers. 

With the ongoing support of international media and social media interests, STEER could become the world’s largest and most comprehensive digital archive and repository of STE/NLCE accounts. It is intended that a globally prominent public relations and marketing firm will coordinate the organization of this event including assistance with the guest list, invitations and follow-up to secure commitments, venue arrangements, technical requirements, hospitality, etc. After the event, the project coordinator will engage in a year-long follow-up effort with those who attended and those who could not attend to secure ongoing media promotion of the GCP-STE. The GCP-STE campaign will end one year after its launch.

It is hoped that the PR firm which spearheads this effort will procure full underwriting for the event by cultivating corporate sponsorships to fully underwrite all expenses from among their clientele, which include the biggest corporations in the world, where there is a good fit and branding opportunity.

Coming Together to Support the GCP-STE Launch Event

The contemporary spiritual awakening movement, also known as the human potential or consciousness movement, is privileged to have many prominent leaders who are fervently dedicated to advancing human civilization by raising individual awareness. Also, many celebrities from the world of entertainment and sports are likewise devoted to helping improve the human condition, along with leading authors, scientists and academicians and a host of kindred charitable organizations--all united by the desire to change the world for the better. Many spiritual and religious organizations are also focused on this goal. 

What might happen if they all came together to lend their combined support to Eternea’s GCP-STE? Something truly epochal, and in many ways magical, would happen. A real shift in human evolution and spiritual awareness, fueling the co-creation of an ideal future for Earth and all its inhabitants, which many long to see and which increasing numbers of people would say is long overdue.

Collectively, Eternea refers to these vanguard thought leaders and opinion-makers as The Wisdom Council. It is a group of powerful people who are spiritually enlightened, awake, aware, and sincerely committed to serving as agents of positive social change as role models and teachers. Some also offer spiritual teachings or insights that are consistent with empirical findings derived from scientific research concerning STEs. They represent humanity’s best hope for forward progress. 

Collectively, these forward-thinking progressive leaders are responsible for producing scores of books, articles, workshops, conferences, lectures, television shows, DVDs, movies, music and musical concerts, retreats and other resources—all of which help individuals grow spiritually and become more compassionate, loving towards one another and to all things. For the most part, these individuals go about their work in an independent manner, inspiring others through the best singular efforts they can to elevate individual human consciousness and to promote selfless love, kindness, caring and compassion. 

Eternea envisions an unprecedented synergy among these prominent individuals to serve the greater good of all things, thereby inspiring the public to work cooperatively in a galvanized fashion. We believe it begins with a collaborative effort to make GCP-STE a huge success. The coalescence of these individuals, applying their influence and resources, could create an irresistible power to dissolve the wall of materialism and nihilism. 

Recent findings emerging from frontier science from its study of STEs and NLCEs, together with the power of collaboration and intention from The Wisdom Council, could significantly hasten the demise of the archaic paradigm of materialism, for all the good that would do. Many enlightened people argue that the materialist world view is one of the fundamental root causes of many of the problems, crises and challenges we are facing today on the planet. If human beings think this lifetime and their current body/ego identity is all there is, then this promotes the attitude of “let’s take what we can while the getting is good, because this is all there is.” However, we know this to be a false belief based on an erroneous perception of reality.

Why is it Important to Conduct a Global Census of STEs/NLCEs?

STEs/NLCEs offer a rare glimpse into what may be higher dimensions of a greater reality surrounding the conventional three-dimensional physical-material reality most of us experience in everyday life. STEs/NLCEs frequently inspire people (experiencers and non-experiencers alike) to grow spiritually, and thereby become more kind, caring, loving, compassionate, caring and forgiving. 

As such, STEs/NLCEs could serve as the most promising catalyst we currently have at our disposal to elevate human nature and achieve dramatic improvement in the human condition. They represent the fertile ground where science and spirituality meet and could become the catalyst for overturning the traditional scientific model of materialism. This observation is seismic in importance and has far-reaching consequences for humanity, science and religion. 

The greatest mystery of all is the question of what becomes of us after the physical body dies, and what is the meaning of consciousness and awareness? In other words, what is our status as sentient beings, when our physical bodies die? We yearn to know if there is life after death. We hunger to know our life’s true meaning and purpose. We thirst for transcendent meaning to our existence and for a sacred connection to some benevolent, omniscient and omnipotent power that is infinitely greater than ourselves. We wonder who we really are, where we are going and why we are here. These are the central questions most us contemplate as we seek to understand the nature of our very existence and our relationship to the larger cosmos. 

STEs/NLCEs offer greater potential than any other phenomena currently known to help us answer these overarching questions and solve these ancient mysteries. The GCP-STE represents a very important and much needed next step in this process to better fathom the meaning and significance of STEs generally. Ultimately, this endeavor could be the platform from which humanity may be able to make a quantum leap forward in its spiritual evolution. It could serve as a springboard for the co-creation of an optimal sustainable future for earth and all its inhabitants. It could be the long-awaited catalyst that may finally trigger a major paradigm shift. 

The potential for data collection from this effort is enormous. Its significance cannot be overstated. In fact, it may be the first undertaking of its kind. International media is being asked to join with scientific interests to promote a website on the internet registered to a non-profit organization for the significant purpose of digitally collecting data potentially from tens of millions of people around the world as part of a historic large scale scientific investigation of critical importance to humanity. To the best of our knowledge, no such effort has ever been attempted before. It is certainly an expedient, low cost and highly efficient method to collect a vast amount of highly important data in a scientific manner that would facilitate invaluable scientific research.

If the GCP-STE is successful, it would greatly augment Eternea’s effort to scientifically establish the empirical validity of The Seven Statements. An immediate result of that would be to seriously challenge the dominant physical-materialist model of reality and replace it with a new model that accepts the larger, greater reality beyond the space-time-material realm.

Inarguably, it will require the budget of a small nation and the army of a small nation to fully fund and properly implement all of Eternea’s program components and services, as well as its strategies and plans, as outlined in this document. How will this be achieved? 

Eternea’s plan is divided into two stages. STAGE ONE funding consists of an initial seed money campaign to raise $2 million in working capital. STAGE ONE funding will be applied to the overall global campaign related to Fred’s Miracle Moment (FMM), all proceeds from which are dedicated to Eternea. 

STAGE ONE funds will be used for the following purposes:

1. A gifted artist commissioned to develop 46 full-color illustrations for FMM, oil on canvas, minimum size of 16x20, in the style of hyper-realism;

2. Self-publication of FMM, all printing and set-up charges; editing; lay-out and book design;

3. Intellectual property attorney fees to copyright and trademark FMM in all countries;

4. Major marketing, advertising and PR firm to promote FMM globally, arrange book tours, press interviews, speaking engagements, place advertising and so on;

5. Creation of a new website for FMM and total overhaul of Eternea’s main website and STEER;

6. Production of merchandising opportunities related to FMM as outlined in the FMM budget; and

7. Two-year operation of a small office with at least two full-time paid clerical staff.

It is expected that STAGE ONE funds will come from individual donations, major gifts and anticipated bequests, as well as the possibility of crowdsource funding such as a GoFundMe campaign. Once sufficient seed funds are obtained for these purposes, FMM will be published and the overall FMM campaign will commence. Until such time as this happens, FMM and Eternea will remain in suspension.

STAGE TWO has a funding goal of $5 million. It is to be generated by royalty and merchandising revenues generated by international sales of FMM, as well as the philanthropic support it will generate across the globe, together with revenue from the new membership enrollment it will stimulate. 

Additionally, the major publicity, marketing and PR firm selected to manage the FMM campaign, as a condition of their selection, will be contracted to procure major corporate sponsorships to underwrite the costs associated with the implementation of the Global Census Project for Spiritually Transformative Experiences launch event (GCP-STE) as described and explained in this document.

With the help and cooperation of international media, it is probable that this event will succeed in bringing potentially tens of millions of new visitors to Eternea’s website to discover resources and register their STEs/NLCEs. It is anticipated that the majority of these new visitors will be inspired by what they read, see and hear at eternea.org. We assume that at least one-third to one-half of these new visitors will become inspired to support Eternea both with donations and by joining its membership. 

STAGE TWO funding will be generated by the influx of new visitors to Eternea’s website as a result of the GCP-STE and the ongoing global publicity generated by it. This should result in a significant increase in Eternea’s annual revenue in one or more of the following ways: 

1. By making donations, major gifts, planned gifts and bequests; 

2. By becoming dues-paying members who renew their memberships each year; 

3. By purchasing books, CDs, DVDs or other items for sale on the website or through Amazon.com links; 

4. By paying registration fees to attend online webinar series and other educational programs; and

5. By triggering an increase in requests for paid lectures organized through Eternea’s Speakers Bureau.

STAGE THREE funding will be generated by the Waking A Onederful-World! (WOW!) annual telethon or podcast event assuming the GCP-STE is successful. STAGE THREE funding will be applied to the operationalization of Eternea’s seven program and seven components. 

If STAGE THREE funding is not adequate for these purposes, then this objective will be held in suspension until such time as funding is generated each year in sufficient amounts from the annual WOW telethon/podcast event. None of Eternea’s seven program components and services will be activated until such time as funding is reliably sufficient year after year to fully support the significant costs associated with these endeavors.

Other long-term ongoing sources of revenue for Eternea are: 

(1) Regular receipt of a fixed percentage of royalty payments donated to Eternea from authors who publish books based on STEER data, as well as on topics of related interest. Several authors have already pledged a percentage of their ongoing royalty earnings from books which have been published already;

(2) Licensing royalties from future patents issued to Eternea which relate to technology or software it develops or from technology or software projects funded by Eternea; 

(3) Corporate sponsorships of various webpages; 

(4) Paid advertisements or underwriting credits posted on our website; 

(5) Referral/transaction fees from merchants like Amazon.com for merchandise bought at their website by customers referred from Eternea; 

(6) Annual proceeds from the WOW telethon event and other special events; 

(7) Foundation and government grants; 

(8) Annual support from the other activities of Friends of Eternea and the Onederful-World Society; 

(9) Membership Dues; 

(10) Professional fees from services rendered (counseling and consulting); and 

(11) Merchandising of products such as DVDs, CDs, workshops, seminars, periodicals, books, etc.

It is not possible at this time to predict how much annual funding could be generated for Eternea from these sources and the GCP-STE event and the subsequent annual WOW telethon event, but we estimate it could be counted in the tens of millions of dollars each year if all plans and endeavors are properly executed. We assume that funding will grow each year as awareness of and support for Eternea’s programs gain visibility and momentum. 

With considerable support from The Onderful-World Society and Friends of Eternea, the income sources delineated above will be supplemented by occasional capital campaigns, grants, corporate sponsorships, and other forms of charitable support. Together, they should provide Eternea with the financial wherewithal to fully execute its mission and vision on an ongoing basis. 

Eternea recognizes that engendering meaningful change in the world will require much more than efforts to help change individual perceptions of reality to be concordant with The Seven Statements. Undoubtedly this is the most important first step in the long gradual process to advance civilization, but itself, will not be sufficient to bring about major transformation in social systems and institutions including the ruling authorities of sovereign nations, royal monarchs, dictatorships, democracies, republics or any other form of government. 

More efforts are therefore needed well beyond Eternea’s emphasis on helping to inspire change in individual perceptions of reality. This is especially true at the level of governmental policy-making and legislative action. The Veritas Prevale Initiative(VPI) speaks to this objective. It will be introduced to the international media at the GCP-STE launch event. 

VPI will be distributed to leading scientists, scholars, academicians, intellectuals and influential members of the public for their consideration and hopefully their signature endorsement. It is addressed to all human beings, but is specifically aimed at all governments of all sovereign nations, members of the United Nations and all individuals whose net worth exceeds one billion dollars, for consideration and potential adoption.

VPI calls for an alignment between consensual scientific findings, that which is considered by conventional mainstream science to be true and valid, and the determination of priorities, policies and legislation or laws of every sovereign nation on the planet for the greater good of the whole. It asserts that the two should be concordant henceforth to support the goal of achieving an optimal sustainable future for mankind.

Humanity can no longer afford to suffer from tunnel vision and short term thinking dominated by economic considerations or myopic political or territorial agendas. Its future welfare is at stake as well as the well-being of the planet. For laws, policies and priorities of any government to be inconsistent with and contrary to accepted scientific knowledge and wisdom would be unwise, imprudent and dysfunctional. 

Science, spirituality and religion must align in their mutual pursuit of knowledge and truth for a better future to be realized. By the same token, it is no less true that politics, economics, law-making and governance should also be fully aligned and consistent with science for the greater good of the whole and the realization of better outcomes benefiting all of humankind. The logic and wisdom of this perspective is outlined in VPI.

Veritas Praevale Resolution & Petition (Truth Prevail)

To the people of earth, and the governments of all sovereign nations, and the General Assembly of the United Nations:

Whereas, truth is that which is in actuality, and that which is not false, and that which is in conformity with absolute reality, and that which is true regardless of and independent of beliefs about or perceptions of that which is thought or presumed to be true;

Whereas, truth is the only means by which the ultimate nature of reality can be accurately interpreted, explained and comprehended; 

Whereas, discovery of truth and acting at all times in accordance with truth is inarguably the ultimate goal of all self-actualized conscious sentient beings by virtue of the intrinsic universal evolutionary imperative found at the core all living things;

Whereas, the intrinsic design of universal evolution promotes the eventual adoption, assimilation and incorporation by all living things of that which is ultimately true; 

Whereas, all things are intended by the innate mandate of creation to exist in full harmony, accordance and compliance with that which is true;

Whereas, that which functions or behaves in a manner inconsistent with or contrary to that which is true exists in disharmony with the natural order and balance of the universe, and as such, is eventually ill-fated and destined to fail or perish;

Whereas, science objectively seeks truth through knowledge acquired by the best research methodology available and is the best established arbiter of truth based on the strict evidentiary demands of proof; 

Whereas science represents and embodies the best hope for realization of the best possible future through discoveries, advances and breakthroughs yet to be derived from its efforts to determine that which is true; and

Whereas, we undersigned scientists who are bona fide representatives of science, do proclaim these truths to be self-evident from the perspective of science:

1. That the universe is fundamentally organized at the quantum level in the zero point field on rudimentary principles of resonance, alignment, harmony, cohesion, coherence and interconnectedness;

2. That all things in the universe are integral parts and aspects of a      unified, inseparable, indivisible whole, in which no element therein is alien or foreign to one another in their natural state of being by the design and intent of nature;

3. That to engage in actions, conduct or behavior contrary to the natural design and structure of the universe will inevitably and invariably result in eventual dysfunction, calamity, catastrophe, adversity and possible extinction manifesting at both the individual and collective levels through a myriad of problems, threats and crises; 

Now, therefore, we the undersigned, as concerned scientists who have joined together as members of the Frontier Science Forum, organized under the auspices of Eternea, Inc., a non-profit publicly supported charity dedicated to scientific research and public education, (eternea.org), do hereby proclaim:

1. That due to a failure to exist in full accordance with that which is true, life as we know it on planet earth is in serious jeopardy and facing potential extinction through self-destructive practices by human beings owing to false beliefs, flawed thinking and mistaken perceptions; and

2. That viable solutions can be found to the problems, threats and crises now confronting humanity, and the cause of truth can be ultimately advanced through science if its counsel is heeded, and if provided with adequate resources to enable and empower its work; 

Wherefore, we hereby commit ourselves to serve that which is true and only that which is true and the cause of an optimal sustainable future for planet earth and all its inhabitants in which truth prevails at all times and in all circumstances;

Wherefore, we declare our intention to make formal policy recommendations, based on accepted findings and conclusions of science, to the people of earth and the governments of all sovereign nations and the General Assembly of the United Nations, in relation to the formulation and adoption of legislation and laws as well as the allocation of resources attendant to such, based entirely upon that which is empirically determined to be true and which is therefore bound to serve the greater common good and the imperative of creating the best possible future for planet earth and all species thereupon, and its solar system, and its galaxy, and neighboring galaxies and the whole of the universe within which it resides. 

Wherefore, we call for adoption and ratification of these policy recommendations by the people of earth and the governments of all sovereign nations and the General Assembly of the United Nations, that such recommendations will be consistently heeded to become binding in effect upon those bodies which enact the laws of any sovereign nation.

Therefore, be it resolved henceforth that humankind and all those bodies which govern and regulate humankind, from this day forward, will refrain from engaging in any action or behavior or enact any policy or law, or allow any practice or behavior whatsoever which is inconsistent with or contrary to the greater good of all and that which science has deemed to be empirically true, recognizing that to act otherwise would be deleterious and detrimental to the common good of the earth and all its inhabitants, and would be consequently ultimately self-defeating and self-destructive.
